Once I load in I can see him in real time, however after trying to spawn, I would get black screen even though i spawned in his screen. I had my game at 1920x1080p for resolution but my quality was at 720p. Fix: I changed resolution to 1280x720p and kept quality at 720p. My brother changed his Hz to 59 and so did I.
