Killshot is a companion perk in Fallout 4. To gain the perk, the Sole Survivor has to reach maximum affinity with Robert MacCready, which is possible after completing his personal quest (Long Road Ahead). Launch Fallout 4 and load your save. Hit ~ to bring up the console. Input "bat reset" to reset your points. Input "bat run" to distribute your points as laid out in Reset All Points. Save/quicksave. Restart Fallout 4 (I had some weirdness with my screen resolution after doing this, so restarting is generally a good idea).

player.addperk 4a0b8. This will remove your Iron Fist 1, 2 and 3 perk and replace it with Rifleman 1, 2 and 3 to swap unarmed for rifles. Distrance 8 years ago #5. Note that you don't have to go to any site to look up the ID's. Unless you have 2 monitors it's in fact, rather unfeasible. In-game type help "hacker" 4.

Using the console or a mod to change the weapon damage is a cheat, plain and simple. The developer has the license to do whatever they want in the game they created. As an example the developers of BF 4 changed the damage of several different weapons over the course of the game.
